Driving To Deliver Your Business
Oh dear,
First let me say that I never actually received the item, this leads me onto the reason for this review.
The item is sold with ‘free shipping’ but in my case I received a card from the post office advising that there wasn’t enough postage paid so before they could deliver it I had to pay the extra postage and a handling fee. The total amount equated to nearly the purchase price of the item itself.
Needless to say I asked the post office to return to sender and I emailed the company concerned about a refund. Which I still haven’t received.
I’ve written off the cost as lesson learnt but I am glad it’s only a few pounds.
This is only my experience though, yours may differ, and to be fair to them they did send it rather quickly. But I for one won’t be purchasing from them again for the reasons detailed above.
