I bought this item and used it around 6-7 times in 28 days. I noticed, on examination, that the red plastic locking clasp on the chin strap had snapped at the edges and the retaining spring was exposed. I contacted the seller and after a few e-mails I posted the item back on Friday 13/4. Due to this failure I had to buy a replacement item from a competitior to use (I did explain this to the seller)

Apparently they are going to replace it but a week later and I am still waiting..
